服务流程

Whole Process Human Service System (WPHSS) is employed in the antibody project management.  Production, test as well as shipment are supervised and controlled precisely. We guarantee the quality of the antibody produced by ELISA titration, which is risk-free for all our customers.

Pabmab Technologies 采用人工全程服务管理体系（WPHSS）管理所有抗体项目，监督生产、检测和送货环节。

服务前：
          联系我司客户，提出抗体制备需求。 
          对抗原要求、准备等进行沟通。
          填写抗体制备意向书，预备进入项目立项。

Pre-service:     
          1. Customers please contact sales for antibody production.
          2. Specifications of the antigen is covered and discussed.
          3.  "Antibody Production Information Sheet" filled, and the project starts.
           

服务中：
          Email、电话、短信等方式通知客户项目立项、审核情况。
          项目进展、免疫方案等记录、通知。
          及时对项目各种问题进行沟通，确保项目顺利进行。

In-the-service:     
          1. Project information is exchanged via Email, phone calls and SMS. 
          2. Project experiment is recored literarily.
          3. Schema and progress of the project is also remined.
           

服务后：
          抗体小样快递或送货上门。
          检测合格，采集全部抗体、携带发票送货或快递上门。
          双方结款。
          售后客户回访，资料备案，完成项目。

After-service:     
          1. Sample antibody is delivered and waiting for your test. 
          2. Find result obtained and whole serum or ascite taken.
          3. payment
          4. All materials recorded for further communication.
